Yoga at Sevathon or Yogathon, was designed to match the skill, edurance and stamina of a half-marathon (or 10k / 5k) runner through the practice of Suryanamaskaras (or Sun Salutations). 108 Suryanamaskaras demand a skill intensity equivalent to that of a half-marathon distance run. Similarly 54 and 27 Suryanamaskaras match a 10k and 5k distance run.
