$1000India Community Center offers various programs for the community, including a well equipped Fitness Center where we offer a variety of classes and personal training sessions to improve and maintain the health and fitness to suit every individual. We have top of the line equipment and highly trained and experienced fitness trainers.
We offer over 40 group exercise classes including traditional Step Aerobics, N2Fitness, Zumba, Body Pump, Group Cycling, Yoga, and Bollywood Bombay Jam to name a few. We strive to accommodate people at all fitness levels in every class. Most of our senior fitness classes are run by trained staff or dedicated volunteer instructors.
ICC has also a great Yoga program which helps in improving a person's shape by stabilizing metabolism, improving posture and circulation and toning muscles in the back, stomach, and legs. The relaxation and meditative aspects of yoga can support all your behavioral goals and may also stimulate insight into the unconscious motivators of your eating behaviors.
